The new tenants Jonas and Vanessa with cook Niklas come from the Austrian 5 * hotel business. The result is great food, great service and an all-round feel-good atmosphere. Full recommendation!

Older guest house with a nice beer garden in the beautiful Eichental in Prien. Invites you to stroll and linger. The food is good and reasonably priced. The roast pork with coleslaw was very good. I found out that the tenant has now given notice due to Corona. I hope the Schützenwirt will continue. All the best for the future to the previous tenant. Edit: A reopening under new management is planned for autumn.

Bavarian, sitting outside to eat is extremely pleasant, cozy and relaxing. We recommend!!

We have now bought food outside the home in the Corona crisis. The food was always very good and the service was friendly, calm and courteous. Now I tried a char and it was prepared so well and tasted as good as no char ever before. Conclusion. Outside is also very good!

Good roast pork with delicious Flötzinger beer, there was also a "New Year's schnapps" which was unearthly. The beer garden looks inviting, but is closed in winter, who is surprised.

Super home cooking inn in Prien am Chiemsee. The gansel with potato dumplings and red cabbage tasted excellent as well as the beer!

Was with the rehabilitation group after walking past the inn Schützenwirt and we wanted to drink something there, but unfortunately was the restaurant in good weather. Make local in nice weather then only in the evening. We were certainly 10 Leit. Maybe you do not need it. Greetings Rainer

A real insider tip in Prien, traditional, freshly prepared dishes. The beer garden in Eichental is a dream, quiet without traffic and with the original atmosphere of a real Bavarian beer garden. Kitchen and service are great

Bumped into the inn by chance. We received a very friendly welcome. The menu is not very extensive, but sufficient. The food was very good and it was served quickly. Were there a second time. This time in the very nice beer garden. Everything was great again.

The restaurant is a bit hidden in the Eichental, but has the most beautiful beer garden in the area. The guest rooms are rustic and comfortable. The service is fast, the dishes are very tasty, the portions large and the prices moderate. The hosts are nice and go, if the operation allows, sometimes on special requests. The shooters - so there are - disturb as good as not. We recommend!

Excellent place for just a beer in their beergarden or a full lunch in the cozy interior. Delicious home made food served in a friendly atmosphere. The location is almost idyllic - next to a river stream, under a forest with lovely views. Definitely worth the effort getting here. Don't miss the authentic home made deserts (not in the menu, ask for it!).
